D3 was started by engineers tired of staffing agencies that sold seniority by the slide and shipped juniors. We built the bench we wished existed.

// PRINCIPLES

How we work, plainly.

01No black boxes

Every line of code lives in your repo, in your CI, under your review. We do not run shadow forks or vendor lock you into our tooling.

02Senior, or it is not us

The bench median is 8 years. We do not have a junior tier. If a problem needs juniors, we will tell you and step aside.

03One bench, one rate card

Same engineers, same rates, whether you book one or ten. No bait-and-switch. No "principal upsell" mid-engagement.

04Standing payroll

Everyone on the bench is salaried between engagements. That is why we can afford to say no to bad-fit work.

05Honest retros

Written retrospectives every six weeks. We will tell you when to extend, when to ramp down, and when we are not the right team.

06Buy-out without penalty

After six months you can hire any specialist permanently at a flat fee. No claw-backs. We would rather you keep the people than the contract.

[ 2026 ]Bench passes 50. Same founders, same rate card, no outside investors.
