All work product is owned by the client on delivery. We retain no rights to engagement code, designs, or documents beyond what is needed to render the work itself. We do not reuse client code for other engagements.
Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance and can produce certificates on request.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice after the minimum engagement window. Time-and-materials work bills only for hours delivered.
