Briefs are stored encrypted in our own infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. They are never shared, sold, or used for training models.
If we don't engage, we delete the brief and your contact details within 90 days. If we do engage, we retain the engagement record for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes.
Email privacy@d3.ae and we will export, correct, or delete anything we hold about you within one working day. We respond to GDPR and CCPA requests with the same SLA whether or not you live in those jurisdictions.
