Send us your repo links and one paragraph on what you want to work on. We reply within a week. The interview is two technical conversations and one engagement (paid) alongside the bench. No take-homes, no whiteboards, no leetcode.
Standing payroll between engagements, full remote, 30 days off, a real budget for hardware and conferences, and the option to pick the engagements you take. Same rate card as the bench: no internal tiers.
